They started by coming out to give me a no obligation quote to remove my bath from the main bathroom and replace with a shower. I was really pleased that I felt listened to in terms of my budget and what I was after, but also that their knowledge and expertise was used to help advise me on suitable solutions. To help me budget and reduce costs a plan was made to replace my bath with a shower tray, glass screen, and panelling to the walls for the shower area, done in a way that meant I can update the rest of the bathroom when I've saved up again!
I was sent a detailed quote online which I could take time to accept with no pressure.
A date for work was agreed and confirmation received a few days before that all still was happening as planned.
Throughout the job, the team kept me informed of progress and left the area tidy before leaving at the end of day 1. At the end of the job they also made sure to leave everywhere tidy, taking rubbish and arranging for all waste to be collected.
The shower and all the surrounds are just what I wanted, work perfectly, and I'm pleased with the value for money. I have already accepted another quote to have my en-suite shower and cubicle also replaced later in the year, and am sure I will look to panel the rest of the main bathroom in the not too distant future, and have replacement sink, toilet and radiator fitted when I do so.

I would definitely recommend EDS and already know that I will make use of their services again.

A very professional job, they arrived on time every day, and the quality of the work is to the highest standards. Eddy ran through my options we came up with a plan. A few days later the new toilet was leaking, I messaged Eddy and he came over again 2 days later (it was not a big leak so there was no urgency and it would have been too small for them to see when it was fitted ) and they fixed it. I always think it's what a company does when things go wrong that defines them. They were efficient, friendly and clean. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them with ease.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Even when we encountered a few issues or delays, Eddy made sure everything was handled swiftly, so we never had to worry.

Eddy, who owns the company, is such a warm, friendly person—he kept us fully informed every step of the way, whether by WhatsApp or phone call, so we always knew what was happening. We were working to a tight deadline and Eddy ensured this was met, even bringing in extra people to help to ensure no delays we encountered. The quality of the work has been exceptional—our bathrooms are finished to a really high standard. We wanted some specific details, like motion lighting, which they hadnt done before, but Eddy made sure to research and deliver those extra touches for us. Even if you’re looking for something a bit different, I would trust them completely.

Eddy and his team are genuinely lovely people, and they were so respectful of our home—laying down coverings, keeping everything clean—especially important with our young kids. When we had a problem with a faulty unit from the manufacturer, Eddy took full responsibility—he worked with the supplier, resolved the issue, and came back weeks later to fix it at no extra charge. This exceptional level of customer service is something you just don’t get from a lot of companies these days. We couldn’t be happier with the result and will be using Eddy and his team for future projects in our home.
